How does delivery Work?
After ordering your Snug Sac you will be able to track your order through our website and AusPost will deliver it within 2 - 8 business days.
Are refunds possible?
Refunds are welcome in the first 30 days after purchasing.
How do i track my order?
After we pass your order to Australia Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the Australia Post site so you can follow the live tracking updates!

What size is the Snug Sac?
The Snug Sac comes in a one size fits most size being 185cm long and 85cm wide.
Is the Snug Sac suitable for children?
In short, Yes! however it may be a little big and that may be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your child's preferences. With this being said parental supervision is always advised.
Is the Snug Sac suitable for summer?
Yes! The weight and fabric can provide enough warmth in the winter, yet is breathable in the summer, for a perfect year-round necessity
Care instructions
How do i take care of my Snug sac?
You can find all care instructions on the inner tag of your Snug Sac, however standard care options for our Snug Sac's are as follows:
- Hand or machine wash in cold water
- If machine washing, ensure a gentle cycle is selected
- Use only mild detergents (approved for wool/ silk)
- Avoid mixing with other colours
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron
- Do not dry clean
However if you really want to best preserve the cuddliness and softness of the Snug Sac for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing it in cold water.
