How does delivery Work?

Once you place your order, we’ll pack and send your Snug Sac as quickly as possible. You’ll get a tracking link via email so you can keep an eye on your delivery. Orders are shipped with Australia Post and usually arrive within 2–8 business days, depending on where you’re located.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat $9.99 Australia-wide — no matter where you’re located. Your Snug Sac will be sent with tracked delivery so you can follow its journey to your door.

How do i track my order?

As soon as your Snug Sac is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Just click the link to see real-time updates on your delivery through Australia Post. If you didn’t get the email, double-check your spam folder or reach out to us — we’re happy to help.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We get to packing your Snug Sac quickly, so if you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please email us at Thesnugsac@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make it happen. Once it's been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes — but you can still return it once it arrives.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to New Zealand! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and you’ll receive a tracking link once your Snug Sac is on the way. We’re working on expanding to more countries soon, so stay tuned!

What is a Snug Sac made of?

The Snug Sac is the warmest, coziest, and most comfortable sleeping bag-blanket hybrid on the market! It features a plush sherpa inner lining for maximum warmth and fluffiness, paired with an ultra-soft flannel fleece outer for that extra touch of comfort. Whether you call it a blanket or a sleeping bag, one thing’s for sure — the Snug Sac will leave you feeling as snug as a bug in a rug!

What size is the Snug Sac?

The Snug Sac comes in a one-size-fits-most design, measuring 185cm long and 85cm wide. It’s the perfect size to wrap yourself up in, providing ultimate comfort and coziness for a wide range of people.

How do I care for my Snug Sac?

The Snug Sac is machine washable, but if you want it to last longer and stay extra fluffy, we don’t recommend machine washing. For the best results, hand wash or machine wash it in cold to warm water on a gentle cycle. Use mild detergents that are approved for wool or silk, and avoid washing with other colours. Never tumble dry and don’t iron it.

Is it suitable for all seasons?

Yes! The Snug Sac is designed to be versatile and cozy enough for year-round use. With its warm sherpa inner and soft flannel fleece outer, it’s perfect for cooler months. But it’s also breathable enough for milder temperatures, making it comfortable for those in-between seasons. Whether you're cuddling up in winter or lounging on a chilly evening, the Snug Sac has got you covered!

Can I send one as a gift?

Absolutely! The Snug Sac makes the perfect gift for anyone who loves comfort and coziness. While we don’t currently offer gift wrapping, it’s easy to send one directly to the recipient. Just enter their shipping address at checkout, and they’ll get a cozy surprise delivered right to their door!

Is the Snug Sac suitable for children?

The cozy design makes it a favorite for both kids and adults, offering warmth and comfort for any occasion. Just keep in mind, it’s designed as a one-size-fits-most, so it might be a little roomy for younger children.

What’s your return policy?

We want you to absolutely love your Snug Sac! If it’s unworn and unused, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for change of mind, but if your Snug Sac is faulty or not as described, please get in touch with us, and we’ll make it right.

What if my Snug Sac is damaged or faulty?

We’re really sorry if your Snug Sac arrives damaged or faulty! Please contact us at thensnugsac@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of it. We can either offer a replacement, repair, or a refund, depending on the situation. We want you to love your Snug Sac, and we’ll make sure it’s sorted out for you as quickly as possible.
