Refund Policies
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How does delivery Work?
Once you place your order, we’ll pack and send your Snug Sac as quickly as possible. You’ll get a tracking link via email so you can keep an eye on your delivery. Orders are shipped with Australia Post and usually arrive within 2–8 business days, depending on where you’re located.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $9.99 Australia-wide — no matter where you’re located. Your Snug Sac will be sent with tracked delivery so you can follow its journey to your door.
How do i track my order?
As soon as your Snug Sac is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Just click the link to see real-time updates on your delivery through Australia Post. If you didn’t get the email, double-check your spam folder or reach out to us — we’re happy to help.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We get to packing your Snug Sac quickly, so if you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please email us at Thesnugsac@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make it happen. Once it's been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes — but you can still return it once it arrives.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to New Zealand! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and you’ll receive a tracking link once your Snug Sac is on the way. We’re working on expanding to more countries soon, so stay tuned!

What size is the Snug Sac?
The Snug Sac comes in a one-size-fits-most design, measuring 185cm long and 85cm wide. It’s the perfect size to wrap yourself up in, providing ultimate comfort and coziness for a wide range of people.
How do I care for my Snug Sac?
The Snug Sac is machine washable, but if you want it to last longer and stay extra fluffy, we don’t recommend machine washing. For the best results, hand wash or machine wash it in cold to warm water on a gentle cycle. Use mild detergents that are approved for wool or silk, and avoid washing with other colours. Never tumble dry and don’t iron it.
Is it suitable for all seasons?
Yes! The Snug Sac is designed to be versatile and cozy enough for year-round use. With its warm sherpa inner and soft flannel fleece outer, it’s perfect for cooler months. But it’s also breathable enough for milder temperatures, making it comfortable for those in-between seasons.
